About Me

Hey There!

My name is Jostlyn Bomhard. I am a wife to my awesome husband, Dylan and mother to our wonderful baby girl, Parker Kay and our 2 super energetic dogs. Currently, I work at a local hospital as a clinical dietitian. While in college, I studied nutrition for 4 years and passed my registration exam in April 2017. Food has always been a passion of mine. While in the process of becoming a dietitian I became fascinated by the nutrition and creativity cooking involves. I will use my background to share some “bomb” recipes (pun definitely intended) that incorporate healthful ingredients. My goal is to to show you that food doesn’t need to be boring and “clean” (whatever that is supposed to mean) to be nourishing and beneficial to your health! Along the way, you’ll get some tips and recommendations based on the latest nutrition science!
